Could your skills make you an excellent recruiter?

You don’t need recruitment experience to join the ReThink Academy. If you’re an energetic, competitive, results driven person and have worked in sales or an office environment, have recently graduated we want to hear from you. We don’t care whether you have a degree or not but it’s important that you have some work experience - even if it’s from the summer jobs you did while studying.

We’re offering a full time position with a fast track to becoming a skilled recruitment professional through an intensive six month training programme. After six months, successful trainees will receive a £1000 graduation bonus and a recruitment job with the potential of uncapped earnings.

We know that recruitment consultants haven’t got the best reputation, so we set up ReThink Recruitment to do something about it.

Our people have been changing the way people think and feel about recruitment consultancies for years, now we’re looking for new people that have the potential to deliver recruitment services our way.  Indeed our strap line is ‘being different’.
