
My client, an International software solutions vendor, is looking to engage a highly customer facing Business Analyst/Consultant to work closely with their high-profile corporate clients' technical & business teams to analyse their business requirements, and then manage the delivery of the requisite customisations and successfully implement the customised solutions. Post implementation, the EMEA team as a whole provide ongoing support.
You will have a current and demonstrable background in business analysis, at least three years, ideally in a changing/multiple client facing business environment. A vendor side background would be of particular interest.
Naturally, you will have excellent personal presentation coupled with exemplary written & spoken communication skills.
Their technical solutions are based on the Microsoft Web-based technologies embracing VB.NET, SQL Server, XML, HTML and DHTML. So, whilst this is a functional role, any background with these technologies would be useful but certainly not pre-requisite.
The EMEA team is only six strong, so you must be comfortable with managing and prioritising your own workload, working on your own initiative etc.
The role is UK based but will involve some travel requirements to both customer sites in the UK and Europe, as well as the occasional requirement to visit HQ in the US (2-3 weeks for initial induction & training and 1-2 weeks per year thereafter). Their UK client base is almost exclusively centred in and around London, so you should be within reasonable commuting distance of London.
