Our Warwickshire based client is looking for an ITIL qualified Applications Support Analyst to join a team providing customer support on their bespoke software applications. The successful applications support analyst will have a financial services background and be well-versed in the software support and software development lifecycle. This is a customer-facing role so you will be used to dealing directly with customers both on the phone and face-to-face. You will be used to taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution. A background in 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support is a distinct advantage but you must also have demonstrable experience supporting bespoke applications.
