Head of Business Analysis - Financial Services - E.Midlands - to £60,000 + Benefits

The Head of Business Analysis will be tasked with providing effective business analysis standards, methods, tools, practices, training and resourcing decisions across all business change requirements.
You will also ensure that the professional development of Business Analysts in line with industry best practices, proven through industry benchmarking activities.
This is a leadership role and will ask you to provide direction to the Business Analysis Practice, champion this with key stakeholders and ensure the role of the Business Analysis practice is understood within the wider organisation.
Please note, to be considered you must demonstrate the following core competencies:
> Be an experienced Business Analysis Practitioner with excellent line management skills and experience; with the ability to lead a large team of resources under pressure whilst still demonstrating strong leadership.
> Knowledge of a wide variety of Business Analysis methodologies, tools and standards
> Be able to develop effective, practical commercial relationships with key portfolio stakeholders
> Analysis, creativity and innovation - able to conceive original and practical solutions to complex and business critical problems
> Sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry, particularly the business impact of the regulatory environment.
