Rethink Recruitment are currently working very closely with a large software consultancy who are looking to expand their java development team. They are looking for the best and most technical level of Java developers in the UK with at least 3+ years of commercial experience.
You will be working in their purpose built office in London, with excellent transport links. You will be working in a thriving office environment on some of the most varied and exciting projects in both large and small teams, each with a variety of size and complexity.
Your main technical skills will ideally include:
Strong JEE design and development skills, Java,
Full lifecycle experience
A good understanding of Spring or Hibernate frameworks
Solid experience in test driven development, the use of JUnit, continuous builds and ANT.
As well as high quality java skills, my client is looking for self-starters Java developers with good communication skills and the ability to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Owing to the sensitive nature of the work my client does, you'll be required to undergo security clearance, be a UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 10 years.
