Technical Development Team Lead: C#, .NET
Bradford Based
Salary - £38000 - £43000 plus excellent benefits
Due to growth and expansion we are currently recruiting for a Technical Development Team Lead to join a successful established organisation based in Bradford. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle for the technical solutions delivered within your work stream. This includes design, code development, unit testing, code reviews, system testing, build and implementation.
Looking for talented individuals with exceptional hands on development experience using C#.NET, ASP.NET, WCF and SQL Server.
Responsibilities: -
*Acts as technical problem solver when participating in projects, changes and incidents as necessary
*Provide technical lead on the delivery of IT and Business initiative to provide technical plans and estimates and be responsible for the technical delivery of these initiatives
*Lead small scale projects and/or a number of tasks as defined by the Application Development Lead
*Identify and Champion process improvements within development
*Contribute to definition of development approach, governance and alignment model, application of standard processes
Experience: -
*Hands on development experience using C#.NET (3.5 / 4.0), ASP.NET, WCF and SQL Server 2005 / 2008 or later, N-tier architecture
*Object oriented, component based design experience using best practice software patterns
*Excellent knowledge of Agile and Test Driven Development
*Technical leadership experience
*Experienced in mentoring and coaching and creating technically strong development teams with an ethos for continual improvement
*Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills for management of stakeholders
*Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of his/her team
