Database and job board advertising

We have created an extensive database of business and technology professionals (including over 800 contractors currently working with us), which is our starting point for finding the best staff. We also search and advertise on a number of specialist industry job boards to attract active candidates in the IT job market.  

Networking and Search

We don’t just go looking for active jobseekers on the market - our consultants are experts in using networking and search techniques to identify the passive candidates that may be the best fit for a role. We do this by headhunting and through online social and professional networks such as LinkedIn. 

Online and print campaigns

We are experts in building and managing complete recruitment campaigns. Our employer-branded campaigns promote vacancies using print advertising where appropriate, online advertising, search-engine marketing and pay per click on sites such as Google.

Branded recruitment micro-sites

These allow clients to promote their employer brand and vacancies while acting as a management tool for the campaign.  We also create and place traditional employer branded advertisements in print publications. See some examples here.  

Candidate selection

We aim to deliver everything you need to make the right employment decisions with minimal effort. We are experts in interviewing, technical testing (using IKM Tech Check), running assessment centres, sourcing and referencing.  

We deliver shortlists of the best available talent to a pre-agreed schedule and maintain contact with successful candidates to their start date and beyond. We also offer expert advice on resourcing strategy, interview techniques, market intelligence, employer branding and employment legislation.  

Our fees

Our fee structure is dependent on the service that best suits you. We work on a retained basis for senior or multiple assignments, on a contingency basis for lower level roles and on a project basis for campaigns or managed services.
