We use a diverse array of methods to attract the best permanent or contract candidates for your organisation, from traditional headhunting to fully-integrated online marketing and press advertising campaigns. This ensures we select from the widest possible candidate pool and provide our clients with the best available talent.

We recruit all types of role across the business and technology community, including executive and management levels; programme and project management; business analysis; change and business transformation specialists; e-commerce and web specialists and technologists in support and development functions.

Our services include:

Database and job board advertising

We search our own database of business and technology professionals (including our current contractor base) and also search and advertise on a number of the industry job boards that cover sectors relevant to all of our clients’ specifications.

Networking and Search

We don’t just go looking for the ‘active’ candidates on the market - our consultants are experts in using networking and search techniques to identify the ‘passive’ candidate market. We do this by headhunting and through online social and professional networks such as LinkedIn.

Online and print campaigns

At ReThink, we advise on, build and manage recruitment campaigns for our clients.  Our employer-branded campaigns promote vacancies using proactive advertising and attraction techniques such as online advertising, search engine marketing and pay per click on sites such as Google.

Branded recruitment micro-sites allow clients to promote their employer brand and vacancies while acting as a management tool for the campaign.

Candidate selection

We aim to deliver everything you need to make employment decisions easily and with minimal effort. We are experts in interviewing, technical testing, running assessment centres, sourcing and references.

We deliver shortlists of the best available talent to a pre-agreed schedule and maintain contact with successful candidates to their start date and beyond.  We also offer expert advice on resourcing strategy, interview techniques, market intelligence, employer branding and employment legislation.

Our fees

Our fee structure is dependent on the service that best suits you. We work on a retained basis for senior or multiple assignments, on a contingency basis for lower level roles and on a project basis for campaigns or RPO services.
