External training from experts
We have partnered with Lander Associates
, one of the world’s leading recruitment training companies, to train and develop all of our people. Our people receive training from Lander’s trainers alongside internal training from our management who have built an extensive library of training modules. All of our Team Leaders have the choice of gaining a full management qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) during their 18 month training programme.
