A Deployment Manager / Deployment Lead is required to be a key member of the UK operations team, you will be accountable for the overall planning and delivery of all UK deployments of my clients products. You will guide customers on the best approach to take when outlining deployment plans and associated dependencies. You will maintain relationships with outsourced partners ensuring they adhere to statement of works, performance and quality. You will also people manage a very small team.

The successful candidate will possess proven experience of planning and managing deployments within, OR to, the Retail / Leisure / Restaurant industries of EPOS / POS / Kiosk systems. You will have proven experience of working with and managing outsourced deployment partners. Experience of managing a small team of individuals working on the deployment of systems, and managing internal relationships with project, supply chain, and engineering teams. Any experience within a Prince 2 or ITIL environment highly beneficial.

Senior 3D and Motion Graphics Designer

The Senior 3D and Motion Graphics Designer/Art Director is responsible for the delivery of high quality marketing assets. Branded 3D content and animated landing pages and some video editing. The role involves ensuring all deadlines are met while setting the standard for the quality of work that is expected from the rest of the 3d and motions graphics designers.

The preparation and delivery of these marketing assets is daily and the candidate will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently, many of which have very short turnaround times.

The candidate will report to the Head Of Creative. The Senior 3D and Motion Graphics designer/Art Director must collaborate proactively with other team members, stakeholders and marketing counterparts to support them and enable them to meet their KPIs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Producing motion graphic and 3D content from concept to delivery in various media, including TV, web and mobile
  • Creating, customising and editing video assets and graphical sequences
  • Adhering to brand guidelines, following the creative direction supplied by the Design Team Lead and having the ability to clearly articulate design approaches where necessary
  • Supporting the Design Team Lead by improving procedures, resulting in a more efficient service
  • Setting and maintaining the standard of the quality of work delivered by the team
  • Liaising with the Stakeholders regarding the production and delivery of content
  • Delivering projects on time to allow the marketing teams to publish up-to-the-minute content to our customers
  • Liaising with stakeholders to gain feedback
  • Implementing this feedback correctly to reduce further iterations
  • Presenting and substantiating work when necessary and communicating key points effectively to the Stakeholders in order to facilitate understanding, gain buy in and obtain sign off
  • Collaborating with the CMS specialist and product teams to ensure that animations are implemented successfully and are able to achieve maximum customer engagement
  • Proactively contributing ideas and suggestions during the weekly design meeting
  • Communicating with team members and Stakeholders to ensure key project information is understood and shared


  • Excellent Adobe After Effects skills, specifically demonstrable experience in motion graphics
  • Excellent Cinema 4D skills
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
  • Excellent understanding of branding
  • Excellent understanding of video and DVD formats, compression techniques and format requirements/constraints
  • Experience using workflow tools like workfront is a huge plus
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented approach to working
  • Strong working knowledge of Mac OSX platform
  • Bachelor degree in graphic, creative or art design (preferable) or a similar related field
